Our room was in front of the bar and the noise from the bar was too loud, room walls not sound proof , also the bed sheets had stains on, as well as the toilet sheet. Hygiene matters should be better considered by the owners as well as informing guests appropriately on the circumstances of their stay. The hotel was rather a hostel and not a hotel. Really disappointed from Selina. We left immediately from the property and requested a full refund of the amount.

My boyfriend and I booked a stay in Selina’s Loft private ensuite. Unfortunately, our room had a terrible smell (we think it is from the shower drain?); it seriously covered up the entire room. We notified front desk about it, however the smell came back after about a 12 hours (excess air freshening spray only lasted so long?). We aren’t sure if the drain was actually cleaned. Despite the smell of the room, the room was visibly clean, and the bed was comfy. We entertained a yoga class and even got a tattoo next door (all fun!). The bar/restaraunt had a fun atmosphere each night, yummy cocktails. And location was truly perfect. Unfortunately, that smell took a lot away from our Selina stay!

Elevated hostel, felt more like a boutique hotel with a good social scene. The food was amazing! Walking distance to everything around Porto. We splurged for the private room with a queen bed, it had a projector come down from the roof. It was the largest room we stayed in all of Europe and had 2 sinks and super clean. Lots of restaurants near by as well.

I would like to appreciate so much the manager Diana, she was super nice, the interns Ana and Oliver and the housekeeper Nicole, they made my stay at Selina Porto the best one of my life ! I will come back for sure 🫶

Better than any hotel I have stayed in. The interiors were comfortable and modern. Staff was most pleasant. They allowed us to store our bags and borrow an umbrella. We had a 6 hour gap between our flight and checkout. Their flexibility and accommodations allowed us to make the most of our travel and trip!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
