Not sure I’ve ever given a 5 star, but Sellada definitely deserves it !! Rooms are very high standard, small kitchenette, sitting room (which they converted to bedroom fir our adult daughter travelling with) and the main bed was very nice and large, at least a UK king/US queen size. Aircon very effective, bathroom good - and kept clean to a good standard. Kostas and his staff are all great, happily dealing with any request. As others have mentioned, the location simply is perfect, on the beach, a couple dozen shops and restaurants/bars within 5min either direction. Bus into Fira easy and cheap, short walk to bus stop. We have two more islands on this holiday, and I fear those hotels will not compare to Sellada Beach! Thank you Kostas!

My 7-year-old requested that we give the Selada Beach a 1000 star review. Then she realized the stars only go up to 5. Hence, leaving "only" a 5-star review. And I quote, "The people here are awesome, and the food is amazing, and being on the beach is super-kajuper-malifuper-awesome." In the words of mom, the entire team was so welcoming and helpful, the accommodations are gorgeous, the food is fantastic, and location can't be beat. I concur regarding the 1000 stars.

I want to shout out to Sellada Beach Hotel. This is our 2nd time here and it's even better. So glad that we booked for 2 weeks this time. We are in our 2nd week. Want to shout out to Marie and her husband who are the hosts. However it's the staff from the cleaners to the bar and restaurant who are always on hand for anything that you need. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
