Nice hotel. Friendly host. The bedding is clean and fresh. No road noise. Was gifted a free upgrade without asking.

Nice hotel with wonderful staff! Clean rooms and the owner were absolutely adorable and helpful! Although they don’t speak english they tried to communicate with a translator and invited us for breakfast. Beach access: You have to walk about 2 minutes and cross a street to get to Long Beach. There is also a small pool on the rooftop. We requested a pickup from the airport a day before our arrival - they agreed very fast and a driver was waiting in front of the airport when we arrived in Phu Quoc. We had a good time!

The owner was very kind, smiling and always accommodating to us. She didn’t speak English so we communicated via google translate. The rooms were clean and well stocked. Close to the beach and to the night market so location was great. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because we had to move rooms 3 times. Though each time she was very accommodating trying to help. The first time because we were on the 7th floor right by the kitchen who starts cooking around 5am and woke us up with so much noise we couldn’t fall asleep again. The second because the guests next to us were partying extremely loud almost all night. Then finally because guests moved into the room next to us who again started partying and smoking (though no smoking signs were posted throughout the hotel..) but that wasn’t the owners fault and she moved us each time without a complaint. Overall great place to stay in Phu Quoc.

Excellent hotel and room service. The room is clean and well organized. The location is a plus since we could get to any where in the island from here. The hotel owner and staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooftop view is totally superb! Highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
