The rooms were very nice and the food in the restaurant on the bottom floor was very fantastic. No need to search out food in the neighborhood, this restaurant does a very good job and was affordable. The hotel is in kind of a strange neighborhood, but it was close to the airport. Note: the airport shuttle does not run very early in the morning, so if you have a 6:00 a.m. flight, you must take an Uber. Good price also.

The service was poor. The receptionists were unfriendly, with a look on their face like they didn't want us there. The rooms were okay, normal for a three-star hotel I guess. The service was more like two star, though. We found that there were only two bottles of water in the room and asked for one more as we were three guests in one room. The receptionist answered that they could not provide one more bottle of water, and it is just a "welcome pack". So only two people are welcome and the third is not? Unlike the receptionists, the breakfast was quite nice with a great selection of items to choose from, including a wide range of bread, organic honey and an orange juice machine (uses fresh oranges that you feed it). The best thing about the hotel is the distance to the airport and the shuttle service, which is included in the price. It's only about a 5 minute drive to the terminals.

Friendly staff.Play with the days before booking as the rates change considerably. Okay for the money. No frills but not looking for when you arrive at 11 pm. Very clean and comfortable. The shuttle should be running more often. I took their shuttle in the morning without any issues. Friendly staff.Other than that nothing to complain. Soundproofing is not good .Bring adaptors for European power outlets or you will need to buy one for huge money at the hotel. Some restaurants on site! Pretty noisy inside. You can hear what’s going on in the other rooms😩🙉😁 Metro not very far. Some stores and bars within 600 m walking distance

This doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel, although the rooms are big and they provide buffet breakfast (surcharge) and a free shuttle bus. But the hotel is a bit worn out, the bathtub had some marks on the floor, the shuttle we needed to take in the morning was full by the time we checked in, so we had to go to the airport 45 min earlier than the 2 h early we already planned to go, and the breakfast place wasn't very well kept up... Overall, id try a different hotel with shuttle for my next overnight layover in Madrid, but if this is the best price you can afford, it does get the job done. One plus (that we didn't expect or use) was a small balcony. They also offer a late checkout (4pm 15€) and a super late checkout (8pm 29€), which could be convenient if your flight isn't until the evening and you don't want to be at the airport too soon.

Convenient to the airport for travelers with free airport shuttle. The rooms are loud with plumbing noises, and you can hear the adjoining rooms and people in the hallway. The mattresses are extremely hard and firm, so a restful night could be difficult. A nicely appointed room with basic amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful so I recommend that aspect.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
