Ideally location - food, shopping and most of the popular tourist locations were within walking distance. Very clean, quiet and safe place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent, lot of food options and very tasty.

We were greeted by Ismail with a welcoming smile and our stay just got better, the rooms have everything you need they even supply free water for guests, it's in the perfect location for sightseeing with the Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern on your doorstep and the Grand Bazaar only a 15 minute walk away. Ismail organised a fantastic boat and bus (coach) tour to the Asian side which was well worth the money. The restaurant below is fantastic (separate review) but hotel guests receive a 10% discount 👍

Amazing location, the entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. We stayed here for a week and never had any problems. Mr. Hassan and Mr. Ismail at the hotel were very helpful and made sure that our stay was great. Would love to visit again. Sultanahmet is the best location to stay in Istanbul and Senatus hotel is highly recommended

This was a great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant in front was very good. It's a great location for everything you want to see too.

A very enjoyable stay. The room was much better than I expected. The owner, his wife and the team made me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of tasty food. Can’t beat the location, all the main sights are within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
