The staff were absolutely amazing. Informative, friendly and so, so helpful. Cannot fault. Good size room, well maintained, water provided daily, everything you need. Shower was large, powerful and hot! The price was such good value and considering the low price, the breakfast was pretty decent too. Only one main problem... the noise from outside :( Both the night market and the general street noise were a disturbance even on floor 7. But from 2300-0600 things were pretty quiet so not all bad. Small issue... even though we had a "balcony" it wasn't really a balcony that you could sit out on or use. Just a Juliet balcony.

Thank you for the accommodation. I was very impressed with the reception staff, everyone was lovely. They recommended a delicious local dinner restaurant. and greeted me during a gracious breakfast Before leaving, I also met the receptionist. Her name was Jenny. She was cute and good at talking. I like all the staff, everyone is really friendly. If there is a chance, I will definitely come back again.

Right in the heart of town, walking distance to many attractions, bike rental available. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, very helpful. Good value for money, balcony room recommended for bigger space. Non balcony room a bit small, but has excellent sea view 😀

Very nice staff. William and Rey; the workers at the cafe were so kind and helpful. They had so many helpful suggestions and were so polite. Overall, they really made our stay a pleasant experience. Bob the security was also a very kind and helpful person. He parked our motorbike and carried our luggage without hesitation. Overall, we would gladly stay here again based on our experience with our experiences with the staff here. 10/10

The location is truly excellent! It's just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The open buffet breakfast is also very diverse and delicious, with different flavors every day. The staff is very helpful. They told us about places we could visit individually; we hadn't seen such service before, and thanks to them, we learned a lot. The pool is very enjoyable, and we had a great time on the rooftop.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
