        Don’t book this bull The homeowner was the most rude person I have dealt with in years of coming to Vietnam. Just as other reviews say, he replies very late, and he did not provide us with a proper address or proper instruction. His misleading information caused me to book a grab to the wrong building, we went to Landmark 1 instead of Landmark Park 1. So I had to tip two grab drivers handsomely because my lady and I have 6 luggages because we have been touring the country for a couple months. When my lady spoke Vietnamese to him on the phone about him confusing us and asking for the correct address he acted like he was so bothered, laughed, scoffed, and hung up on her. Heads up the google maps even shows that it is in a abandoned building along the free way. It is not right to have to squeeze important information from someone you are booking with. When we get there we are greeted with the most disgusting vin home apartment. I’ve stayed in multiple vinhomes and landmark 81, for the price of about $50 you are getting absolutely ripped and scammed. The apartment has a couch that is so old and stained, and clearly harboring a nest of cockroaches. All of the walls are stained with coffee? Chocolate? The walls are also all torn up, with nails and screws sticking out. The old television was not even properly hooked up and could not be used at all. Probably the worst things about this place was that the bathroom smelled like chihuahua dogs, and fridge is nasty with a horrid smell that fills up the apartment when opened. We saw the cleaning lady, she clearly doesn’t get paid enough to care to really clean the place up further than wiping floors. When I made my complaints heard we got offered to move back to the original landmark plus where we had just left that morning, we even requested the day before to have a place in landmark plus because we are already there but we got no reply?! The team speaks little English and demanded to speak to my lady even though she did not want to as I wanted to handle it. Do yourself a favor and find another Vinhomes to stay, or better yet just stay in Landmark 81.

        Horrible maintenance. It’s a shame they consider themselves “service apartments”. They’re more of a self-service apartment. The furnitures are disgusting especially the couches. Liquid stains, nail clipping, crumbs are found on them and in between the cushions. Damaged furnitures were left for customers to use. Rusty kettles that might cause toxic poisoning and a dysfunctional microwave were provided as well. Some light buttons doesn’t work too. Host expects you to inform them of their incompetency. If it was not informed, then it would be on you. They don’t take the initiative to ensure that everything is in working condition before handover. Simply unbothered. Stay at your own risk!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
