I love this building! Lauryn helped me with the process of signing a lease, she was amazing; very helpful and knowledgeable. The apartments come fully furnished with extra appliances and little items you need. It came very clean and everything is up to date. The amenities are awesome and the pool is very nicely heated! This is my second winter here and I’m so happy with Sentral!

Sentral Wynwood is truly a gem in the realm of housing communities in Miami. From the moment we stepped in the door, we were met with a level of excellence that exceeded our expectations. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. In addition, amenities like the fitness center, lounge/co-working space, roof deck and pool are fantastic. However, what truly sets Sentral apart is the outstanding service, and in particular, our angel of a leasing agent, Lauryn Pleasant. Lauryn's professionalism and responsiveness were nothing short of impressive. She went above and beyond to ensure that our housing needs were met seamlessly, even when time was of the essence. In the midst of our housing hunt, Lauryn emerged as a beacon of support, guiding us through the process with warmth and expertise. Her dedication to our satisfaction underscored the commitment to excellence that defines Sentral. In every interaction, from leasing to day-to-day support, the staff at Sentral has been remarkably friendly and accommodating. Sentral Wynwood is simply the BEST. And has most certainly changed the way we will book accommodations in the future. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by David we felt welcomed. He was and is so very helpful, kind and charming. Lauryn has been amazing as well and has made this move-in process so smooth and seamless. All of the staff here is amazing. But I’m just extra delighted when I get to see David and/or Lauryn as they are always so engaging and warm — they also greet us by name which makes us feel oh so special. To top it all off. The rooms are great, the place is so CLEAN and the amenities are out of this world. Sentral has it all and I’m going to be soooo sad when the time finally comes to leave. 😫

Signed on for a short term lease with Sentral and am loving it! The process of getting everything organized/settled into the new lease was seamless - Lauryn was super communicative and answered every question SO promptly. Everyone at the front desk is so nice. Shout out to Jack as well for being super helpful :) The units and building are amazing - Sentral has such a good vibe!

This sweet gem in a great area with great restaurants, coffee shops and shopping all within walking distance and lots art threaded throughout the area. fabulous staff, all...but David was above and beyond with assistance, his thoughtfulness, kindness and humor! Very nice accommodations with a neat community area w pool on the top floor.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
