No receptionist when I arrived at 7PM. I don't mind actually. Because they said self check in and put notice on a yellow wall. But didn't leave any clue or proper instructions for the guests. I called them, but they don't speak Eng. I have to call my friend to call them back and ask for my room key 😅. Luckily my friend is available that time. The room is okay for solo travelers. Neat and clean. Comfortable for me.

This is a cheap place. But if you value your travel experience, I strongly advise you not to use this place. You will see small and stinky room and towers. It is an old building. No matter how it is cleaned, you will see a quality of $30 per night. To me, it is worse. I really don't understand why the review score is 3.6.

Rooms were unmaintained, walls are moldy, bed is too soft and dirty. Toilet doesn't have a shower head holder so water is spraying all over the place. Floor was sticky and smells bad when you first enter. Room barely have any place to walk and put your baggage. There was no one at the service counter for the entire duration of my trip so there isn't anyone that can help you whatsoever. I had to buy room perfume just to make the room bearable. The street to go to the guesthouse looks super sketchy especially at night, but the only hope for this place is that it is near Dongdaemun. I would recommend spending a bit more money to find a better place than this or else you would severely regret this decision. Service : 0/10 Room: 2/10 Location : 6/10

Save your money and go somewhere else. The pictures are all lies. The room looks nothing like the picture. When we arrived it was cold and late. The room was extremely tiny for 2 people. The washroom was disgusting. The walls had wallpaper falling off and boogers everywhere. The towels smell sour. Looked like someone had used the room before and they didn't even clean it. The sink was clogged. Overall worst place I ever been. Booked another place for 20,000wons more a night but way more worth it. I should have taken some pictures but it was so disgusting I left and found another place within 15 mins.

The location is pretty convenient. The airport limousine bus brings directly there and the subway station is close by. The people who work here are very nice. They have free breakfast, and it's not just toast and butter. The beds are comfortable. The negative side is that the rooms get a little crowded especially cause some guests stay long term and are towing in huge luggages with them. Also the temperature in the room is a little too warm, but the temperature is fixed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
