The room was clean and had enough space. They have a gym and a terrace. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and cheerful. Unfortunately, the temperature was controlled by the hotel, so you could not switch to the air conditioner. We opened the window because it was so warm but then it was a bit loud. The hotel itself, though, was quiet. The hotel is about 16 minutes walking distance from the main train station and is not close to a subway stop. What we really didn't like: the smoke detector above the bed has an obnoxious flashing red light (see video), making it difficult to sleep. There is no duvet cover on the blanket, just two sheets, so the blanket keeps touching you during the night.

This was our first time in Barcelona. The English speaking staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is a piece of art as was our room. We purchased the breakfast buffet each day. We found it extensive, well serviced, and well prepared. The location was not near anything we wanted to visit, but it is a few blocks of a walk to the train or buses and we never had a problem getting a cab. We found it good value for the price and would stay again if in the area.

A nice clean comfortable hotel close to the main train station. Room was large and simply appointed. Very noisy as we faced a construction site across the street but not all rooms face that side. Pillows were flat and hard if you like that Staff were friendly and helpful and accommodated us with softer pillows. Overall a decent hotel for the location and price.

We had a great weekend here. The hotel is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Our room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed. I slept so well. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. The rooms need a little maintenance. Our aircon unit was a little noisy and not very effective, so we turned it off and opened a window. We had to ask for the tea kit, but it was bought to our room immediately. Unfortunately, the tea was not to our taste, so we bought something we were more used to. The WiFi was fast and free and allowed us to stream when I conn my phone to the TV. We paid extra for breakfast and was not disappointed. If you are in 2 minds, whether to book breakfast, we found it very fresh, incredibly tasty with a great choice of food and drink. Our breakfast set us up for busy days sightseeing and enjoying the atmosphere around Barcelona. We would highly recommend Sercotel Amister Art Hotel.

The hotel is located in Eixample and the location is great with everything nearby. It's about 15 min walk to Placa Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. Room was clean, comfortable and with all the essentials. The breakfast was ok. Ability to store the luggage before check-in for early arrival and after check-out was nice. The staffs where very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Martin at the reception. Overall the experience was nice and I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend stay. I will definitely stay there again.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
