Very convenient area close to the airport. The shuttle offered by the hotel is a life saver. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We didn't have the chance to eat breakfast or use any other service from the hotel, but what we have so far was more than enough. Very comfortable bed and room temperature. My husband and I had a good rest. Thanks everyone!!!

Stayed here for 1 night on a brief visit to Madrid, very efficient shuttle service from the Airport which is clearly advertised on the website. Room is a good size, very modern and the staff are lovely. Breakfast option was very good, there was plenty on offer and available between 5am and 10am which gave me extra time to explore Madrid. Transfer back to the Airport is also hassle free and staff ask you what time you want to leave then book you onto a shuttle bus. Perfect stay for 1 night! Also worth noting that there is a Metro Station that is a 10-15 min walk away which takes you straight into the City Centre.

Wasn't there long enough as arrived late and left early morning, but room pleasant and staff were welcoming. Only issue was bed very squeeky, looked quite tired like it needed an upgrade, and shower tray leaked. Clean and tidy though for one night did the job. Due to times I was there didn't have time to mention to reception. Free airport shuttle fantastic.

Stayed here because of the free shuttle but unfortunately it doesn't start til 5 and my flight is at 6 so that's a bust. Nice lobby, restaurant closed when we arrived at noonish, decent wifi. Nothing much in the neighborhood and opening the window is cooler than having the air on during an unusual January warm spell. Bed is comfortable. Price was OK. Person at the front counter was professional but a bit argumentative.

We enjoyed the room which was well set up for a family of 4. The bathroom was nice and spacious, the kids enjoyed the bunk bed too, very cleverly designed. It was also very useful to have the shuttle from and to the e airport which was a real bonus for conveniency!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
