        I honestly just experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any hotel I have been all over the world. First of all, there is absolutely no one who helps you with your luggages, there are so many stairs going up and down and no one offered to help. Secondly, when I noticed the AC couldn’t be turned on, I asked the staff here and they told me that because it is the Autumn now, the AC is turn off!?! That information was not disclosed when I booked the hotel! Even at hostel there will be AC. They literally gave me a fan and told me they feel cold at night so there is no need for AC, well, that was NOT what I paid for!! My room feels hot and I need AC! Plus, I don’t care if it is the winter, if I want AC, I should have AC on! Isn’t that what we are paying for? You cannot surprise us with this kind of information when we arrive at your hotel!! When I complained, they literally said I can book another hotel. I feel the need to warn travelers about this hotel and the terrible customer services at this place. I felt like I was lied to and disrespected. Dear management, you should do better.

        Too many stairs from the front door and throughout the property which makes it difficult/challenging to carry the luggage, the internet was dropping, the toilet flush button was broken, and overall, very noisy. We could hear people in other rooms moving chairs around, talking, etc. Would not recommend.

        Rooms are nice and clean enough. Location is good. Not the city centre, but very close to the subway hub. However, it doesn’t worth 200€ per day. You can stay in California with that price.

        Rooms are nice and clean enough. Location is good. Not the city centre, but very close to the subway hub. However, it doesn’t worth 200€ per day. You can stay in California with that price.

        The location was close to small local restaurants. The property was very dated and in poor condition. The unit was old with dated finishes in poor condition. The kitchen and bathroom were NOT clean. The internet was very bad. It went out regularly and had limited speed when connected. We ended up using mobile data the entire time, because the wifi was so unreliable. The windows did not seal properly and were not very good, so we could hear every noise from the street outside. This includes the garbage trucks that come at 2 am. The units and hallway have tile floors and it seems that this building was not purposed built for accommodation, so every movement in neighbouring units or the cleaning people in the hall makes a very loud sound in the unit. It seems like people are dragging chairs around all day and night.

        Very helpful and friendly staff (very early check in to my room at 10am instead of 14;00) plus a coffee on the house. The staff kept our suitcases and let us get changed before flight Great room good air con and facilities ( mini kitchen with fridge ) in a quiet road. Near the metro station. Highly recommended

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
