        The only good aspect is the location, but I’m still rating it low because this place is disgusting. The company that owns it seems to have at least 3 locations: Sun Moon, Serendipity, and In Rome. After staying at Serendipity, I wouldn’t stay at any of these locations. Sure it’s close to the stations, but the bathroom is absolutely disgusting with mold on the shower head and inside the shower itself, which is so small I had to use it with the doors open just to move around. Seems like the cleaners just change the sheets and towels and move on. Would not recommend anyone stay in this health hazard, just pay more to be somewhere else.

        Worst hotel we stayed in during our one month Europe tour. NO WIFI in room, inadequate breakfast, poor housekeeping, very hard to locate hotel. When we asked about the WIFI we were told that it works well on the corridors and reception area. (But room is advertised as having WIFI) All other rooms are the same as we booked two rooms and saw other guests also complaining about the WIFI and the management pretends they are unaware of the problem to each guest!! Breakfast is only a croissant and coffee with fruit juice- served by grumpy and morose staff (not self service). Seating area is outside the building in open air with no table service and can be reached only by a flight of stairs. Luckily it didn't rain while we were there! Stayed here five days and sheets were changed only once - that was also because we insisted on it. The staff actually told us that sheets are changed every 4 days!!! Locating the hotel on arrival was a nightmare. Although it is only 500 meters from Termini station we spent a good half hour walking around in circles trying to find it. Hotel is housed in an old building shared by six other hotels. The only prominent signage is for Hotel Enrico - absolutely no sign for Serendipity. The reception is in a different wing of the building. The AC was good (and does not work if the window is open) The mini bar took some time to cool but was ok from 2nd day. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone (unless you are a backpacker hostel type of traveller)

        Rooms were average, staff was ok but could be better and were annoyed to help us. Breakfast was way worse that local cafe. But the view from the room was amazing.
