We mentioned it’s our wedding anniversary and gave us a dessert treat and a bedroom setup all for free! 💕 Staffs were accommodating, kind, plus it’s just a few steps away from White Beach and Hop-on Hop Off Shuttle stop! Love how they can lend you a bayong bag for your stuff and native banig when you want to chill by the beach. The complimentary breakfast is good too! We will definitely stay here again! Next time we’ll try dining at Salsa.

If you are a light sleeper this is NOT the hotel for you Let’s start with the positive points: - hotel location: near to the beach/ station 1 but not far from station 2 - Hotel staff: SUPER nice, helpful, we booked activities thru them! The reception team is amazing, very reactive! Negative points: - Phone and safe were not working upon arrival but the staff resolved the problem within minutes - 2 sleepless nights! If it’s not the roosters’ crows (from 3am to 5pm) it’s the dogs barking all night or the cats! It was horrible as our room was at the 2nd floor just in front of a house with 3 roosters!! The sounds were even louder as we couldn’t close the window in the bathroom (no handle). - Only ventilation in the bathroom was that window - Bathroom very different from the pictures - Hotel needs renovations

Staff were really accommodating! Once we arrived, checking in was smooth and they also gave us a complimentary drink which was a godsend on a hot summer day! In the same building beside the hotel lobby is an in-house restaurant (Salsa Fusion Restaurant) and their food is really good without breaking the bank. Must try their beef Quesadillas and their lasagna-style Caldereta. Breakfast was okay, please don’t expect buffet breakfast they serve ala carte combine with Philippines breakfast and western, quite surprise at first because they serve rice in the morning. Location is 3 to 5 minutes away from the beach front and 1 to 2 minutes away from the actual road. So there's no issue with noise pollution from vehicles. Overall, we really enjoyed at this place.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction specially Jackie. She is very polite and accommodating. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Excellent customer service, great location, and delicious breakfast meals. VERY accommodating staff (just to name a few – Stef, Cathlea, ALL of them!) as they helped me prepare a birthday surprise. I hope they are able to maintain this kind of service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
