Great location. Very close to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby, even lots of gift stores. Service was great and the room was really nice for the price which includes breakfast. Only issue, their parking is really small and under ground and can barely fit 2 cars but overall love the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

I really liked my stay at the Serenity hotel, the room was very clean and quiet, very spacious and comfortable, the food in the restaurant, delicious breakfasts and the staff were very friendly, Antonio is very helpful and courteous, Lupita the receptionist is very friendly. excellent prices, I highly recommend this Hotel.

good location,close to beach,resturants,5th ave,grocery stores,rooms are clean and quiet,continetal breakfat was good but exactly the same for the seven days we stayed there,not clear exactly what you were allowed to have or not,between the waiter and front desk nobody seemed to know,breakfast is my favorite thing so this was not really enjoyable for me,im english language so i found it hard to communicate my concerns,we had a problem with are room key lock the first five mins we were there,we switched rooms but i did not like the street balcony view compared to the first room and they never switched us back,had a wifi problem with the tv,i had to raise a stink to get them to come look at it,staff were nice and helpful,they would come clean rooms late afternoon which i found inconveniant because after walking all morning or at the beach i wanted to come have a nap in afternoon so i didnt like that,but honestly it is a nice place to stay,i found we basically were only there to sleep never really spent much time in the room, we where always walking around or at the beach or shopping not really at hotel except to sleep

Great location, we were able to get to a lot of places quickly. Good price as well. However, the pics look much better than the actual hotel. Everything looked dirty and stained. The rooms are very small. They had hardly any other guests and the receptionist would not allow us to leave after check out until the cleaners checked the room. The whole interaction was awkward. I'm not sure if they do that for all guests but I have never experienced something like that before. Very tacky.

Beautiful hotel in a walkable neighborhood. Free breakfast was great. Rooftop was very nice. Close to many bars and restaurants.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
