Normally i would go for above 4star rating but the newest reviews helped me to decide. I was happy with my selection! The room is clean ( except for the toilet door needs scrubbing)and looks newly refurbished. The staff are polite. Breakfast can be improved by adding Melaka’s dishes.

Pro: around 10 minutes walking distance to jonker street. The customer service is friendly. Amenities were working well. Con: Near jonker. The building is only 3 floors, so you can basically hear the noises from outside till 11pm+. No toothbrush, bed sheets were little dusty. The room to leave the luggage with hotel is untended. Anyone may go in to take your things. The check-in time is fixed at 3pm.

I recently stayed at Hotel Seri Costa and I have to say that it was an incredible experience! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. My room was spacious, clean and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed to feel at home. The location of the hotel is also fantastic - it's right in the heart of the city, with plenty of great restaurants, bars and shops just a short walk away. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Seri Costa to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.

Location is superb. I was let down by the customer service. The food for breakfast definitely not worth rm 18 for kid when you can walk to a lot of stall nearby. A bit loud sound from taming sari tower

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
