Great boutique hotel near all main attractions. All of the staff were wonderful, room was clean with a comfortable bed. Nice roof top as well to enjoy well made cocktails. A solid choice if you're looking for quality personalized services which are not so easy to find in that city even at larger luxury hotel chains.

Excellent. A true 5 star hotel. From the moment you walk in until you leave, it’s perfect. We were given a tour of the hotel, told about all the amenities, asked if we had questions. The room was perfect. Clean. Spacious. Comfortable. Everything worked well. They turned down the bed each night and left a snack as well. Water in the room was always replenished. The location was fantastic. Close to everything yet it was quiet. Everything we needed was within walking distance. You can go wrong with this hotel!

Wonderful city boutique hotel, in a perfectly central location, with an amazing team & hospitality. The interior design is timelessly classy in its details and the house breakfast is simply the most delicious I've had in a while. Try their croissant with an almond cappucino and a fresh green juice.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Serras Barcelona on three separate occasions in September. I travel extensively and prefer smaller, boutique hotels and the Serras was a perfect fit. The location is A+ being across the street from the marina as well as being just on the edge of the Gothic District. Everything is just an easy walk away. The staff were very friendly and quite gracious and helpful in every manner. The rooftop pool, patio, and restaurant were first class. A great way to wind up the evening with stunning sunsets. The restaurant and bar were excellent and the breakfasts were nicely done. I am fairly particular on where I stay and this will be my hotel for BCN trips in the future.

The experience at Serras Barcelona was amazing. One attribute which ranks highest for me at hotels is the service. The service at Serras was superb. Everyone was super friendly and extremely helpful and professional! I would highly recommend Serras just on this one basis. The location is really great! Within waking distance to a wide variety of local restaurants, bars, marina and more. The rooms were super nice and the beds one of the most comfortable ones I've stayed at. If in Barcelona, you do not need to look any further! 5 stars without hesitation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
