Sehlut and Yousaf are the best part of this hotel. They support in every way possible and never say no to any request. My whole trip was better because of their good service. Overall hotel location and standard rooms are perfect and I highly recommend going there. Thanks

Firstly would like to thanks Yusuf and the lady manager I forgot her name. They both have been very helpful and supportive. Hotel is ok, because it’s a budget hotel. Breakfast is also good Would like to rank 4 out of 5 Thanks guy !! Will come back again

Seven Botique Hotel is perfect and very comfortable hotel for all tourist who are coming for a vist to baku, Our stay was very comfortable and it is very near to Nizami street accessable to all amenities, Very good breakfast, WIFI is perfect, We are surprised by the guesture of the Hotel receptionist Mr. Elvin he is very very coperative throughout our stay at seven botique hotel, His has good english language Proficency so we did'nt have any problem for local language understanding. Defenetly recommended to all, insha allah we will visit again to Seven Botique Hotel Baku. Special Thanks to Mr. Elvin for his hospitality provided.

We had a great experience at Seven Boutique hotel. After a missed flight, we arrived half a day later and they didn’t charge us for the extra night we had initially booked. On top of that they upgraded our room for two nights. Very generous and just what we needed after a long travel day! The hotel is well located and walking distance from the main sites. In the evening you can sometimes hear music if you’re at the front of the building but just come prepared with ear plugs. Breakfast is around the corner at Eleven hotel. Small improvement for the bathroom could be fully closing doors, the partially open system doesn’t work well.

I had a 4 day 3 night trip & I found Evan, Yousef and staff all were very supportive and caring. Breakfast was good. Card payment acceptable. It was superb.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
