They provided a completely different number, the photos do not match those on the booking. ruined my birthday. and general impression of the trip. the hotel is absolutely not worth the money, and be prepared that you will be given a room the size of a toilet, although the photo will show a luxurious room. RENEW ** I want to write a new review, the next day there were other very friendly and nice girls at the reception, they changed our room to a beautiful and spacious one, with a balcony, they also gave us a pleasant surprise in the form of Balloons, in honor of our birthday🥰 we forgot some of our things in the previous one room, they found them for us. Thank you ! it was nice that they decided leave us a good impression

If you're looking for a completely different hotel experience this is it. Each of the rooms are different in the hotel is super boutique. We were greeted right away, checked in and went straight to our room. The elevator is only large enough for maybe 1 to 2 people so you have to go to your room first and then they bring the luggage after just like a lot of the older style buildings in Paris. We ended up staying in the 007 room. From the moment we got to the room you could tell the details in the hotel was going to make this experience very different. Everything in the room is controlled to remote, even a hide away wall with the TV behind it. The room had LED lights everywhere and a mirror on the roof. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable and of course they had 007 ready to play in the room. We had a great stay, and this was one of my favorite hotel that we stayed at when we're in Paris. If we ever come back to Paris, I'd definitely like to stay in one of the other rooms.

This hotel has beautiful furniture and decorations. I felt easily at home. However, there are some disadvantages that does not make me visit this place again. Rooms are quite small, the temperature of the shower changes from too cold to burning hot. Lastly, the breakfast area is quite small and the selection isn’t that great either. Location is great, nice neighborhood and not touristy at all.

ATTENTION: Let me tell you how EXCELLENT this Hotel was especially the staff! Aden(I believe her name was), Eddie were top of the line and if I were in that industry I would pay them whatever they wanted to come work at my establishment. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. It was my wife's birthday and they did something very special for her which I appreciate. Can't thank the entire staff enough for making our trip very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel 10x over!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
