Really comfortable and super clean room with everything you will need. It's got a shared kitchen that can be used and a coffee machine with free capsules every day. It is in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars nearby and only a short walk to the colloseum and many other attractions. The building has a lift too so no stairs needed for access. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you Mattia

Excellent experience! Very good location, a 15min walk to Colosseo and with several good restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and it had a lot of natural light, and the bathroom was large, with great water pressure. Both super clean. Mattia was very kind and solicitous, and made us feel welcome in our stay. Thank you for everything!

Clean rooms, the host is cleaning daily. The rooms are pretty close to a subway station and there are plenty of places you can eat around the location. Mattia (the host) is a nice guy and generally if you have any questions like where to eat, what to see etc, he’s happy to help you

I would say that this is the best place to stay who is looking for a budget friendly option in the main center area of Rome. Metro,bus,train station..every thing is within the walking distance along with some monuments like colosseum is 15 mins walk. There are also some good eateries around like Italian, Asian, Indian etc, so there is no worry. Host Mattias is a great guy, he helps with every query in detail. Most recommended place to stay in the heart of Roma!

1. Be careful when you booked this place, we booked via Agooda and we paid full payment for 4 nights include tax but after we arrived in place we have to pay extra 14€ per day total 56€ tax for 2 person. Agooda made all payment include tax and we showed documents but he don’t care , he just wanted money as name of tax. We asked for official documents for tax but he couldn’t provide any official documents and he wants cash payment no card. He was friendly but Dishonest guy. 2. As mentioned Agooda booking our Check in time was 12.30 but we have to wait until 15.00 he mentioned bags check in 12.30 not for check in. Never here that.false information mentioned via Agooda for more guest.We showed documents but who cares (ignorant) It was clean and he clean everyday but he don’t change towel and bed cover everyday? after 2 days we have to ask for change. no shower gel. Only hair gel, very cheap quality hand wash. We had privacy issue we don’t want cleaning our room but he must clean our room (silly excuse for corona) we felt kind of control everyday. Make sure before any payment Agooda/booking etc online shows cheap price but you have to pay extra tax and cash money. Late check in and early check out. Not value for money. Avoid this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
