        We stayed here 4 nights. The check in process was very easy and staff was helpful. Reception is on the second floor of the building and the elevator always stops there on the way up no matter what floor you are on. The room was spacious and comfortable as we had two large suitcases. The only difficulty we had was working the air conditioner. They give you instructions, but it didn’t help, so I used my phone to translate. There is coin laundry on second floor, but there are only 2 machines. The machines wash and dry and cost 500-600 yen depending on the cycle time you choose. Overall, it was a great experience. The location is pretty central, so easy to get anywhere you want.

        The room is not spacious, but it has everything you could possibly need. It's apparent that the hotel put a lot of thought into making our stay comfortable, including providing a clothes sprayer, humidifier, and many other amenities. The staff may not be fluent in English, but they certainly do their best to assist.

        Spacious comfortable room with a huge bed, sitting area, warm lighting, modern amenities, and a full bath tub (I'm 6'1")! Amazing service from the front desk staff & my favorite part, free bicycle rental! Also there is a bus stop right outside the front door. Will definitely return next time I'm in Kyoto!!!

        Nice and well managed hotel. Locations is good thought it requires a short walk to the center of gion. Service was very kind helping us on each request. The reception is located at the 2nd floor (elevator stops there each time which is a bit annoying), next to the reception you can find good laundry machines, microwave and some stuff for the room. There are few bikes, you can take the for a spin if available.

        THE most quiet hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Couldn’t hear a peep! Even though we definitely weren’t the only ones staying there, as we saw people in the elevators and reception area. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Also, very modern and clean, comfy beds, large room (which is not common for Japanese hotels), excellent service, and great location. Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom and free to use bikes on site. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! We loved it!
