It was wonderful, staff were very kind. Thank you for your services, Pok, Nan, Benzt(I don’t know if its spell is correct or not.), and also other staff(sorry, one female staff of them were also very good but she didn’t put on her name tag so I couldn’t remember). Personally I loved the structures. And the swimming pool was very peaceful in the morning. I wanted to give staff that were nice and kind to me and helped me a lot some tips but I couldn’t so I will absolutely visit here again. The reason I gave 4stars on location is because it’s a little far from the city. But that’s why its location is calm and peaceful. It’s just all 5 stars Must-visit place for the atmosphere.

The rooms are very nice here. Beds are wonderful and I had a very restful sleep. The staff were also very kind and considerate. The hotels location is not in a very central area. So that is the only thing to consider. I mostly went to this hotel to try the floating breakfast, and while expensive, it was very good.

Not near to the touristy places, but quiet area and comfortable stay. Limited staff and facilities. They need advance notice for everything. - They ask to pre-book with time and menu for the next day breakfast. The breakfast spread is limited with the food you choose (like chicken/ egg) and additionally salad, bread & croissant, packaged juice, cereals and coffee. - Additionally they charge around 1200 THB (plus tax) for the floating option. - 2 hours advance notice for massage. They call the massage person from outside (relax.me) and charge extra than the website. - They take 1k THB deposit, and return during checkout. - The direct pool rooms were not attached to the pool, but just 2 steps away from the backdoor. - They provide a jug and ask you to fill water yourself. - There were coffee sachets in the room, but no kettle. - The welcome drink was good, but overhyped in other reviews. They provide you with coupons and you can have it on the roof top restaurant anytime till 10 pm. - Talking about the restaurant, food is not available all time, you need to give them headsup. There is a food mall/ court around the 1.5 kms away, where you will get food options including pizza, vegan and others. - The room was clean, but clearly the blanket cover was not fresh and crisp. - There were shuttle available from the hotel till 8pm. (I did not avail, so not much idea) - Overall the staffs were friendly as per my experience.

Hotel was clean, very comfortable to stay in, but location was a bit further far from the city, but if you take grab bike to your destinations will be no issue. Enjoyed my stay there, would recommend.

Stayed here for our 1st week and loved it so much we came back for our last 3 days. Get a deluxe pool access room and the pool is 2 steps from the verandah. Super comfortable bed and staff are great.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
