Such bad service and poor arrangement. I called the reception and asked for a shuttle. The receptionist, named Chen, informed me that their next shuttle would be half an hour later and instructed me to wait at T1 floor 1 gate 6. However, when the time arrived, I didn’t see the bus at all. I called again, and she claimed I was in the wrong place, directing me to floor 3, which contradicted her initial instructions. When I asked her to call the driver and request that they wait for me, she replied, ‘Oh, the driver might not wait.’ Frustrated, I asked her to please call, but she explained that she didn’t have the driver’s phone number. How is it possible that a hotel can’t contact its own driver? That’s strange. When I inquired about alternative solutions, she said she had no clue and advised me to wait for another hour. Such a bad experience. It completely wasted two hours of my time waiting for their shuttle.

Wrong address in google maps, booking and also Apple maps. Each kind of maps shows different location and all are incorrect. Hotel service does not speak English. So dont bother to contact them regading promised airport shuttle. Rooms are quite nice, but the sewer stinks.
