Big lobby, clean and not crowded. Room size is big and clean, nice design with big bathroom. Very clean. Gym facilities is excellent with indoor pool. There are 3 restaurants; cafe, Italian docg, and Chinese. I had chef recommended pizza and that was the worst pizza I have ever had. It costs like 125RMB. Pizza was folded into a star shape. Pizza crust was like frozen pizza. Wine was served not in standard 125Ml or 150Ml. It’s much lesser. When I talked to the manager (gentlemen) he could not understand. Regretted my visit to DOCG.

Rooms: The room was very generously sized and modern. However, the AC was very loud and not efficient. I couldn’t get my room below 22C with the AC running on max settings. Maybe because I was on the top floor - but I’m not sure. That shouldn’t be the case. Also, cleanliness was not perfect - which I would expect in such a hotel. Facilities: Excellent. Restaurants and gym are just excellent. Staff: Very friendly, well trained and efficient. Only exception was the cleaning staff. They have to be more thorough. Location: The location is excellent if you have some business in the Shanghai medical or the tourism zone. If you have a car, you can easily drive into Shanghai city center avoiding the most serious traffic jams (taxi drivers will usually take you on the long route though...)

New and generally very comfortable. Good for Disney, has a shuttle bus. Not much else in the area at all. Good indoor pool and great gym. Stayed on exec floor had it's own lounge a d breakfast as well but the main lounge breakfast is very good as well. 30mins away from the city at least with no traffic

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
