Enormous airport, well managed with all the features/facilities. Although it is an enormous airport with frequent simultaneous flights, it does not seem crowded. The space is provisioned adequately. Trains carry passengers between different gates. Some of the gates (G gates) seem like maybe newly opened up and lack the food choices, found only Starbucks in the area. So if you’re traveling through those gates, get some before you board the train from the main block if you need food. Overall, the airport is. 4+.

This is regarding the international terminal (T1): the terminal has a high ceiling with nice architecture, although I don’t like the obstructed views from the huge windows. Feels a bit like a prison and prevents you from taking good pictures of airplanes. The basic amenities are available and are working well. However there are not many food choices (no food court) and it seems most of the shops are closed down. Looks like still not recovered from the pandemic yet.

This is a really huge airport in size and capacity. But the atmosphere was kinda boring here, we reached here 2 weeks before Christmas and there were no any celebration vibe around. Also, the staffs here no matter from the airport, immigration, cleaners or security guides were all really mean and emotionless, like they were working for 12 hours a day and never welcoming us to visit their country.

Incredible service in every way: space, people, facilities, food and everything else! First rate and friendly! I was born here and seen how it grew from rice fields into the best international airport . Mr Cui and Ms Yu gave me the best help ever. I hope they get a promotion. They deserve it.

Clean airport. It Takes me two hours for international flight. Caution! A lot of restaurants closed alrdy. There is only Starbucks and a chain restaurant after the custom, which are expensive and mediocre. Would better bring some instant noodle and bread next time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
