Overall had a good experience! Location: 5/5 - right along the water and near the train station! Easy to access the river cruises, malls, and city. Staff: 4/5 - overall staff was very kind and helpful. My only issue is regarding the communication. Some members seem to be weak in English which made communicating difficult. We spoke to the restaurant who said there was no room service fee, yet when we ordered room service there was a fee; not a huge deal but wish the communication was better. Rooms: 5/5 - spacious, comfortable, absolutely beautiful if you get a balcony room facing the water! Rooms were always cleaned and made beautifully. My one complaint is regarding the ferry shuttle. This hotel ends their ferry shuttle before 6 PM. Considering all the night activities and nearby mall, this was inconvenient. Other hotels have their boats running much later.

On the whole, the hotel was great. We loved the pool, view was beautiful and location was perfect, being next to the river. The rooms were a little outdated but still very nice to stay. Unfortunately we were left feeling quite disappointed when checking in, as we were asked on 8 occasions, if we required single beds in our room- even though we booked a double & mentioned multiple times we were a female married couple. This put a real taint on our stay here which is a shame as the staff were friendly and helpful most of the time. For a country where it’s legal to be gay, it felt very outdated and upsetting for us. We would reccomend the staff be trained in welcoming all different types of guests. It was our only hotel in Thailand that questioned us so much & unfortunately made us feel deflated on our last day in such a beautiful country.

Greta location for this hotel. Beautiful lobby and restaurants. The rooms are spacious although a bit outdated. The Thai restaurant is beautiful and serves delicious food. The breakfast is fantastic with an endless choice. And the airport transfert service is fantastic. The only down side is the pool which is often crowded and the very limited number of sunbeds.

Really awesome deal when you are a Circle Jade member with vouchers. Very comfortable and sizable rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Wonderful to be by the river and they have rides to go across and around to the palace etc by river. Within a few minutes there are also wonderful massage places.

The luxury is no doubt. Just stayed one night and had no time to play in the swimming pool, experience the spa or try the ferry. Riverside room view is stunning. Location is not comparable. Breakfast buffet has plenty of choices. Service is good though sometimes you have to wait when busy.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
