        Beautiful hotel with well appointed facilities. Excellent 5 star rooms and amenities. I did not try the restaurants but my colleague did and said it was a big spread with a good choice of pure vegetarian and Indian dishes too. The service staff are amiable. They do a round in the late evenings and ask if you need anything. Another point - the first day I mentioned that I need a lot of drinking water and the next day they had themselves placed extra water bottles on my room - a small gesture but thoughtful. The pool, the twin coconut trees with a swing in between, the gym - all make for good amenities. Over all excellent facility to stay in.

        My children always enjoyed their time here. The guest relation staff took time to surprise my son with a birthday cake without any special request from me (we appreciate that a lot! Thank you for the sweet gesture). We would suggest an indoor kids club in the future to make it even more perfect.

        Recently stayed with Shangrila-La Jakarta, I could say this one is the best hotel in Jakarta, most courteous staff happy to help always, food is amazing, they care for their guest.         Stayed at the property for 3 nights during a recent work trip. Amenities were excellent and the hotel is well maintained. Most importantly, the staff are as friendly, helpful and professional as I have seen throughout my travels and this alone makes it stand above the competition. Enjoyed my stay, wished I had time to use more of the facilities but look forward to coming back.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
