        I visited the much hyped Shangri-La Spa, which has recently won some international awards. As sad as I'm to say, I wasn't very satisfied with the place. It left me wanting more. The services in women's menu are limited. They don't have manicure, pedicure, hair treatments, or styling. Nonetheless, I would say I had one of the best massages in jeddah. Ayuni was amazing in her massage. I am not an easily pleased person, but her energizing massage was top-notch. Prices were surprisingly not too high. Slightly above the other high-end spas in jeddah and could be slightly lower than any other ultra-luxury spas. Now about the interiors, hmmm, given its in the ultra-luxurious shangri-la hotel, the ladies' spa seem very claustrophobic despite it being at jeddahs gorgeous waterfront. There was no way I could have a view of outside. No window, no sunlight. The spa lacked the element of freedom or rejuvenation. The interiors were ok but claustrophobic. There is nothing wrong with the furniture or setup. Just the ambiance wasn't relaxing. I have been to more beautiful spas in jeddah. The fact that it didn't have the full range of services left me wanting more and unsatisfied. The staff is amazing. I loved their genuine warmth. I just had higher expectations of the place given its international reputation. By now, you must have realized that I have mixed feelings for the place. The place is supremely clean. Amenities were nice. I had hot chocolate at the Cafe at the reception, which again couldn't meet my expectations. The interiors was good. The menu was good. The pastries looked scrumptious. But I had appetite for only hot chocolate

        Very elegant and luxurious hotel, rooms are spacious with all amenities needed. Breakfast is superb, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile. The view is great from the rooms, some constructions are in the area but didn't bother our sight.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
