The Shangrala Jinan is an amazing 5 start hotel. View from our room on 46 floor was amazing. It is located in a neat pae5 of town near high-end shops and temple. The service was top teir. Restaurants and breakfast are awesome, but the gym and spa were one of the best I have used.

Fantastic service from the moment I stepped in to the hotel. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. As a lone traveller in China for the first time on business, the reception by the staff really made my stay a pleasure.

The service is great. The lounge manager Kevin Luo is professional and helpful. Special thanks to him for the excellent service. The only downside was the check-in process. I asked specifically for a non-smoking room but the lady offered me a smoking room which is a bit annoying. Again, no upgrade for Jade member. I really don't feel any benefits for Jade members...

Hotel is amazing, very new and clean at the time of this review. Rooms were very nice and view of the city was great. Bathroom accommodates for a lot, including a bathtub. Room outlets are universal. Services were extremely courteous and can also speak English, though obviously Chinese preferred. Be aware I had to call services to set up an account for the wifi. Other than that, everything was amazing.

The scenery of the city from the hotel is overwhelming! I loved the interior: spacious and clean. The staff all friendly, cooperative and made me feel at home. Big thanks to: Ruby, Mia, Idaho Ju and Coco Wu. I enjoyed every moment of my stay here!💯

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
