The hotel is a 20-30 min drive away from the city centre but that is exactly why I chose it. It was in a very quiet part of town with amazing views on the mosque. The rooms are spacious and the hotel complex is beautiful. I would like to compliment the concierge, spa and pool staff who were very quick, professional and overall great. My only complaint is about the restaurant staff who were very inattentive and took ages to notice you. After ordering drinks it would also take even more time for them to arrive although the restaurant wasn't even half full. Reception staff was also not the best as every time you asked something they almost made you feel like you were a bother to them. This is simply not the level of professionalism I would expect from a hotel of this calibre.

Absolutely incredible stay here with my wife during the UAE national weekend. From start to finish we were looked after, the facilities were excellent as expected from a hotel of this calibre. The executive lounge access was a great addition to the room we had. It provided all day snacks and beverages and in the evening from 5.30 - 7.30 it had food and alcohol which was lovely and allowed is to fully relax and stay within the hotel for the entire stay. Room service food was excellent and timely. I had the fillet steak, lasagne and club sandwich. Pool and beach were very relaxing and offered the best of both in close proximity. Will 100% be staying with them again. Thanks to all of their incredible team.

Me and my husband have had an awful experience. We went to the Abra boat, where online it was listed as 25 AED. When we went we were told the price had gone up to 75 AED a long time ago, but my friend visited 3 weeks prior and paid 25 AED. We were excited so we paid 75 AED each (up by triple)! We were told it would be a 10 minute wait, but we waited for half an hour. The boat arrived and we onboarded. Then the Abra boat driver got a phone call that a group of seven people had just arrived, so we had to get off the boat and this group were prioritised and we had to wait another ten minutes for our boat. When the boat arrived, there were already two people on board, and there was queue in front of us. Me and my husband got a seat facing the back and were unable to see any of the views and take pictures. There were 7 people cramped into a small boat. The journey was advertised to us as a 45 minute boat ride with stops. The boat ride lasted 15 minutes and considering me and my husband paid 75 dirhams each, we were appalled with the quality of the service. We were going to recommend this hotel to our family visiting, but after their services I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone! The eastern mangroves boat rides are not only cheaper but better, and if you want to see these lots Abra boat ride views you can walk the canal for free! In the end it seems they just tripled prices and the experience/expectation doesn’t correlate with their ridiculous prices.

We enjoyed excellent 3 days in this hotel. The room was great, the food excellent and especially all the employees were fulfilling all wishes and were super kind. Of course also the pool and beach very great placed to relaxI. It could not have been better and we will return soon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
