        I stayed 2 nights with my daughter. Perfect location with nice views and easy walking distance to restaurants and across from the marina. Breakfast was included in the package and was worth it. One of the best buffet breakfasts I have every had. Lots of variety and fresh tasty options. The hotel is looking a bit tired but was very clean and what I would expect for a 4 star. A little disappointed that you have to cast programs from your own device to watch on TV during downtime. Also, I didn’t like the fragrance of the bath products so I had to purchase my own. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would stay again.

        Location has a great view (just make sure you’re away from the noisy nightclub) Staff were very friendly and happy to help except for the guy picking up rubbish in the pool area who asked us to pick up the cans and rubbish underneath our table and seats (another Family had left behind) because he didn’t want to wait for us to leave…… Our first room was interconnecting with two doors separating the rooms that allowed ALL the noise to come in and unfortunately for us in the other room was a screaming baby so after a few hours of waiting for it to quiet down at 11pm, we change rooms. The thing both rooms had in common were very VERY firm mattresses and next morning I woke up with hip pain.

        Stayed here for 6 nights in November. The location is excellent for cairns, highly recommend this and the rooms are beyond spacious. I loved the shower and bathroom. Beds were comfortable and it’s located right next to the marina. You can’t go wrong with this hotel!

        Stayed here for 6 nights in November. The location is excellent for cairns, highly recommend this and the rooms are beyond spacious. I loved the shower and bathroom. Beds were comfortable and it’s located right next to the marina. You can’t go wrong with this hotel!

        Pretty nice hotel, large lobby area, great location, very walkable. Great views of the marina and water. Cheap underground parking. Clean rooms, comfortable bedding. Can’t complain about our experience here at all.

        Graeme was excellent when we arrived, great service and friendly welcome when we arrived. All the other staff were great as well. Rooms are clean and our celebration package was very nice and well presented when we arrived to our room. The pool bar and menu has potential to be a lot better but was okay. Overall we had a great stay. 👍
