        Perfection in a hotel. The attention to detail and five star service make this stay 100% worth the money. The staff will go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Our first room smelled as if there was a heavy smoker in it previously so the staff worked quickly to find another room. The views incredible, pool and gym top notch and on site restaurants pricey but worth it. My one (tiny) critique is the rooms didn’t have any way to play music and when I called to ask, they sent a speaker up straight away - which was very cheap and had terrible sound. Other than that, 11/10 stay 👏🏼

        I had a very good experience here. It's in a very good location - just a few minutes walk to London Bridge station. The room we stayed in was amazing. Very modern and very clean with great river views. Staff were polite and friendly. High tea was exceptionally good as is late night dining. The view from the bar is beautiful. All in all, a great hotel. I would definitely come back here if it weren't so expensive.

        Where do I start? I arrived Saturday evening - my car was then crashed by the valet, ruined my experience and the staff did little to nothing to make my experience any better after causing me that stress, I’ve been told to go through their insurance and they are making it as hard as possible to resolve this and get payment for the damages caused! 1000£ rooms ain’t even got smart TVs! I was then promised a refund of the cost of the room from the duty manager when leaving the hotel and ever since I’ve left they’ve tried to tell me I’m wrong and that they are not refunding the room now they are only refunding 126£ which is a joke! I was offered a complimentary night for my hassle even though I’ve refused to come back as the experience was terrible start to finish… Unnecessary stress caused I would never come back to the hotel, it’s mediocre and there is a lot better for your money.

        10/10. Stayed in one of the Iconic rooms and upgraded to a bathroom with a view. It did not disappoint. Yes the stay is pricey but it is so worth it. Service is fantastic, staff remembered us and asked us about our day and were happy to help with anything. We were able to use the facilities and I got a text after we used the pool to say our room was ready early and luggage already taken up. Cannot wait to go back!

        Great theatre as the blinds rise as you enter your room revealing the drama of London below. Nice luxury touches throughout, and a great breakfast. But it is all about the views - including Europe's highest bar
