Without hesitation, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Not only was the service beyond exceptional, but the staff rose to every occasion to ensure my stay was truly memorable. It is undoubtedly one of the top 10 hotels in the world for its food and customer service. I had trouble collecting a ticket for my train to another location in Japan. Two staff members personally spent nearly an hour assisting me and resolving the issue, despite my lack of language skills in Japanese. When I traveled from the hotel to the train station, the hotel arranged for not one, but three concierge staff members to escort me. They ensured that I collected my ticket correctly and even took me to the train platform where my train would depart. The room itself was exceptional, and the health and fitness facilities were top-notch. However, the breakfast surpassed all my expectations and previous experiences. If you ever travel to a wonderful country like Japan, please do yourself a favor and stay at the Shangri-La Hotel Tokyo. It is truly one of the world's best-kept secrets. I hope my contribution to this review will bring awareness to fellow travelers who frequently travel for work commitments.

Fantastic hotel, great lobby bar and fantastic location. The views on the upper floors are absolutely stunning. The staff where amazing helpful with help regarding shopping locations and someone to help me on the Shinkansen when I left was an amazing touch.

Booked 2 rooms and all i could say about my 5 nights stay was amazing ! • Hotel’s location is just mins walk from tokyo central station. • Rooms were spacious with amazing city views • Services were perfect which was widely expected from a 5 stars chain • 1 little thing to probably consider is to expand variety of your breakfast menu Overall, will i come back ? A definite yes !

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Excellent location well within walking distance of public transport, food options, and tourism-friendly shopping locations. Went during the summer and walking in was literally like walking from a blazing inferno directly into a cool and sweet lemonade drink. Staff was all professional and multi-lingual. If they cannot help you in your native language, they have the technological knowledge and amenities to speak to you regardless. Two sets of elevators, first taking you from ground level to lobby/amenities, second taking you from lobby/amenities to rooms, may be seen as inconvenient for some, but the opportunity to gather at or near the front desk is very helpful when you least expect it. On site food is excellent, spa massage was top of the line, and the combination of room quietness and view was among the best I have personally experienced.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
