        The second you walk in, you know it will be a luxury experience. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The entire building smells amazing and you can purchase the scents and room sprays. The restaurant and bar upstairs is very classy, extensive drink menu, good food menu, great staff with great recommendations. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Makes you feel like a millionaire for the night. Location is great, walking distance to coffee, bars, huge variety of restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel and will be returning!

        I went here for my birthday, so I assume my expectations were a little high. For one, I booked a pedicure at the spa on the wrong day, the lady on the phone said that I'd have to pay again to rebook it. After talking with the manager she said she could move the day. Once we got there, there was nothing special done to ensure we had a good time. We told them it was mt birthday and to make it special, might as well have booked at a Holiday Inn. We ordered take out but didnt have forks so we asked for some from our room. They called back 2 hours later to ask if we still needed forks. At that point I was asleep. I let her know that, completely unprofessional. Don't waste your money here. There's other nice hotels in the area. Also, the thermostat doesn't move so if you like a cold room like me, you're out of luck!

        We had an amazing time on our first family trip to Vancouver. The hotel was hospitable and staff remained friendly, helpful and fun. In particular Lahivu greeted us every morning with excellent room service and helpful advice on the city. He did a great job anticipating our needs and bringing back extra items he saw we were running low on. A+ service.

        We really enjoyed our stay here. Top notch service, location, and cleanliness. From valet, check in, the restaurant, housekeeping, and spa, everyone was great. The location alone is already a huge plus. There are shops and restaurants everywhere you turn. It’s just a few minutes away from Robson Street. Chi the Spa was also great for a relaxing day in. The treatment rooms are huge and very aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast at Carlino was delicious. There is really nothing to complain about. This was a perfect stay for us. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Vancouver.

        Really great location and experience. This is my favourite hotel to stay in whenever I need a getaway in Vancouver. Rooms are amazing and service is great.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
