Only one receptionist who isn’t available all the time. The size of the room is good but you can only get a wall view. The quality and cleanliness of the toilets is excellent, however the doors seem old. The restaurant isn’t that great with most items in the menu either misspelled or not available.

This hotel is great because it's clean, not expensive, in a good location, has swimming pool, suna, jacozi, and the staff are friendly. You can reserve the swimming pool for you and your family for one hour a day so you can have the privacy you want. They also offer you a complementary Arabic coffee once for your stay.

The way to describe this hotel/apatment looks clean and nice as a cover. Pros: - Anterior and exterior of rooms and lobby looks decent enough. - Comfortable bed and clean after a trial of switching rooms. - Complimentary Arabic coffee. - Front desk and other staff members are helpful and accommodating enough. - Decant location, if ordering Ubar or taxi services Cons: - Covering cigarette and other bad smells with diluted made perfume. - Quick surface cleaning in the bathroom. - Depending on the room cleanish bed and pillow sheets. - Breakfast food taste watery and canned. - Low quality arabic coffee (gave an upset stomach) - A few front desk staffs do their jobs with discomfort attitude.

Nice clean hotel. Courteous staff. The only thing was that there aren't that many places to eat within walking distance. Although the hotel has take out menus that you order into the room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
