Wifi is dead! in today's time, this is no comprise on that but unfortunately the internet is very very slow infact almost not working. Also our mobile data has no coverage in the room. Rooms are small but thats how it was expected as they have to accommodate maximum ppl. Overall cleanness and design aesthetics are 10/10. Breakfast is 5 Star!

Really an amazing hotel in the heart of Makkah. Less than 7 minutes walk from Haram. You can see Haram from your room and enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet is great with lots of varieties to fuel the day in Haram. Staff are amazing. Special thanks to Faisal from the reception and Abdelmajid for the great coffee. Overall we had an amazing short stay there

Great hotel with great location First of all thanks to Salim the person who helped us unload our bags and take us to check in Second as you enter you will be welcomed to Abdul majeed who will serve you cold juice dates and coffee and of course his smile and sense of humor. And at last mushrif who cleaned our room very well 👌🏼. Everyone in the hotel is friendly and helpful. I advise you to have dinner at the hotel, a bit pricey but very delicious.

I visited Shaza Hotel on New year 23-24 which is the peak season and overall satisfied with the services the best part of the hotel was location which had a walking distance towards Kabaah otherwise bus is also available for free of cost it has its own timings. We had three rooms 2510 2511 2512 and they all were some what similar to each other with slight differences and in different room the washroom lock was not working so the shower glass door was not there etc. however since we are at the 25th floor therefore the sound of construction could barely be heard otherwise on lower floors it is difficult as the construction sound is loud. Lastly breakfast was one of the best like it had a huge variety of options and it was just superb absolutely satisfied with the breakfast.

Highly recommended this beautiful hotel, value for money, with lots of comfort. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Deluxe room is very small, but cozy for a solo traveler or couple. Within a walking distance of the Holy Mosque.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
