        The experience was pleasant and the check in process was smooth and efficient. Hotel staffs are generally welcoming and helpful. A shout-out to Tracy who was on duty at the lobby assisting for direction during my stay, she gave the most genuine and radiant smile while guiding me to the lift, brighten up the day.

        Stayed there from 17-20 and 23-24 October. Service is superb and rooms are up to 5star standard. Since most of Marriot hotels are such standard (those I’ve stayed so far), not much to comment from rooms and facilities perspective, but the thing outstanding from others is making customers pleased and happy during their stay - touching heart and making happy memories for guests is services and well thought around every small things added in hotels. 1. Background music in room that volume can be controlled. Soft background music playing when soaking in bath-tub or working. 2. Smiles of staffs when greeting you at lift lobby, check-in/out, room service and even answering the phone calls. (Believe me customers can hear your smile via the call) 3. Cute Robo-room-service for water bottles delivery 4. All the friendly staffs with high efficiency service with know-how-to-make-guests-life-easy attitude. I don’t mind to pay higher price for such kind of services.

        Stayed for two nights here- as with many hotels now, the check in “lobby” is high up on the 43rd floor. We opted to pay an additional fee to have access to the executive lounge (as well as included breakfast), which I did feel was good value. The rooms were clean and the amenities were nice (the toothbrush kit in particular felt of surprisingly high quality). We did borrow umbrellas for one day- no issues with those.

        This is my first stay at Marriott Nanshan. I was very pleased to be upgraded to a suite. The facility was good. The hotel was open from 2015 and it was still kept bright new, with modern & minimal design that’s pleasing my eyes. Dinner and breakfast was all good. Good experience, will like to be back in future.

        Highly recommended! One of the best! Nice location, close to shopping malls and restaurants. Room is big and clean! Great view and clean pool. The only complaint is the floor is high, lift is fast thus people with ear problems might suffer in the lift.
