We had a great time during our stay and highly recommend this hotel. The staff was helpful, welcoming and attentive to details. We are particularly grateful for Neelum's assistance, as she left a positive impression about the hotel. The room was great, with a comfortable bed, and all the necessary facilities. The room service was excellent. The swimming pool area had great zoning, and was well-equipped for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing. The variety of food was impressive and delicious. The lounge zone was our favourite place to relax with tasty snacks and drinks.|

I am very pleased with the experience. Starting from helpful and professional staff, you get a great beach area where you have heated pools as well. And don't get me started with the food... It's amazing, top European quality food. A la carte, though, seemed unnecessary and poor when compared to the general buffet area. Would definitely choose this hotel when visiting Abu Dhabi 😀

We went to Sheraton in a small group for the f1 weekend and had an all inclusive package. The stay was comfortable and the staff was very kind. The pool bar and buffet restaurant made our stay particularly good. Atheek and Ryan made an awesome job to give us the best experience regarding the service in the hotel. Nevertheless, all staff members did their best and it was very good. The variety of the buffet restaurant was huge especially with the great quality of the food. Altogether we had a great stay and can recommend the Sheraton hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Everything was lovely, enjoyed the pool and beach area with the good pool bar. Steam shower for both M/F wasn’t operating for some reason but sauna was very nice. I had lots of complaints that I have addressed it directly it to FO and they acknowledged and sent us a nice bottle of white wine. I just hope in the future they can fix their communication issues between their teams. The Pub was very lovely and calm throughout the afternoon and evening with cozy vibes. Breakfast buffet was 50/50 pastries and baked goods were so fresh and yummy but you can do better with the hot items. Rooms are well decorated and comfortable. Overall loved the property and the friendly staff. 🌊👙🏝️🐚

Could not find fault with this Hotel. Lovely helpful staff , rooms were very comfortable and thoughtfully put together with lovely little touches. Variety of dining options. Breakfasts had everything, will happily recommend to anyone and hope to go back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
