Got a great deal through a 3rd party vendor. There wasn't a lot of guests, so that was good. Decor is a bit worn, but still pretty nice. Bed was firm and comfy. Air system made an interesting sound that is hard to describe, but tolerable. Housekeeping was adequate and prompt. The $10 charge for a so so hotel breakfast was a little offensive. However, the greasy transparently thin bacon was oddly addictive.. The "brand name" coffee was just blechh.. Nice helpful folks at the desk by the snack closet in the lobby! Great deal if you don't pay full price!

My check in was fast and immediate. The process was also easy due to the lady at the desk. The room was nice quiet and comfortable. The area was close to a lot of things and it wasn’t too busy when coming and going. The only things I didn’t like was the parking. It wasn’t much parking out front and the back was kinda dark but all in all the hotel was really nice.

Pros: Convenient. Check in was fast and easy. Front staff was professional and helpful. Rooms and elevators are a bit dated, but not a major issue. Comfortable bed. Cons: AC doesn’t work all the time. Mild sewage smell from the bathroom. Room clock alarm went off early in the morning without me setting it. Housekeeping should have checked it. On my last night, I saw a roach in my room. I paid expecting more from a Sheraton experience, but every location has its flaws. Not my best stay. Other people’s experience may have been better than mine. I was just unfortunate.

Terrible horrible customer service. The staff here will mistreat you lie to your face and overcharge you for security deposit send And you upstairs with the key not working. Pretend like your room type is unavailable in an attempt to downgrade your room. And when you complain to management JEFFERY he will not acknowledge the mistreatment from staff instead he stand up for them and call it operating with integrity. While simultaneously pretending refund your deposit early. Your job as a manager is to acknowledge when you're employee is at fault acknowledge when a mistake has been made instead of fabricating a fictional story in your mind of some kind of system error. Offering me free breakfast for my stay of course is supposed to be the solution. Why are you the manager if you don't even want to except reality you're refusal except the truth means your delusional and this is why your staff behaved that way because they know they can get away with. Your staff overcharged me for the security deposit and lied to my face. Deal with it and let it soak in. Discipline your employee don't create a fictional fantasy in your mind that it was somehow an error and call it integrity.

Location is the only thing they have going for them. Rooms are outdated. AC doesn't work. We had to move to another room. Service was horrible. Staff was very unskilled and unprofessional. Example, when you come back to the hotel, the front desk people will say "welcome back", but in a lazy tone and without even looking up. Yeah, they mean it. The "free" breakfast is horrible. Not worth the price. The "lounge"... It's supposed to be a Marriott thing for gold/elite members. All they had was Doritos and Chips. That is, if you're lucky enough to catch them right after they stock it up in a small bin. People go in there to get a water and leave. Nobody lounges in that place. It's a disgrace.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
