I left my clear Invisalign retainers on the counter in the bathroom. Called after checking out 2 hours after. They located them and saved them for me for a few days after. We had a nice stay, everything was clean and prices were very reasonable. Can’t tell you how happy I am that they saved those. This saved me money, time, and a headache. So happy with this service!

The room offers a wonderful view, effective heating, and air circulation. Nevertheless, the furnishings are outdated, and the bedsheets are of low quality. I observed the hotel manager casually leaning against the wall behind the front desk, supervising her staff. It appears that she lacks enthusiasm for her role. There is no staff member at the entrance to greet guests, and the room cleaner's performance was subpar.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel! Our 1st room smelled like pot and black & milds. Then our 2nd room the next night had an alarm going off, and the TV went out. I called the front desk 3 times about the alarm. The 3rd time (at 2am) we had 3 people (2 security,1 management) in our room. I was in my bathrobe and my husband (talk about awkward) was in bed. There was no sleep in sight. After we changed our room AGAIN, the bed was like a rock, and the pillows were not any better! I ended up getting 3 hours of sleep that night and had a 12 hour drive that morning. I spoke to the hotel about everything and the man didn't even want to refund the parking. Another employee came over and said to refund 2 nights.... that is it! $42.00 credit! I will NEVER stay here again! There is also no shuttle to the casino's. The rooms and bathrooms are VERY outdated and the carpet has to be from the 80's. The last room smelled like it was old.

I am a lifetime platinum guest with Marriott/Starwood. I have 1400 stays+ over the last 10 years. This is, without equivocation, the worst (Marriott) property I have ever had the displeasure to stay. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. The rooms are disgusting. The bathrooms aren't clean. It hasn't been updated in at least 20 years. The restaurant and bar attached to the hotel closed at 830. I wasn't given a heads up about fitness, concierge lounge, local activities, etc. Just gross.

This hotel is a good hotel, the rooms are spacious, refrigerator and microwave in the room, and other amenities. The rooms are very quiet and comfortable (especially the beds), however the hotel is in desperate need of updating. It retains a late 90's decor. The carpet is worn and the elevators need a thorough cleaning as some smell possibly due to pets. The hotels location is fabulous if you are attending a convention at the conference center as it is right across the street. Parking for the hotel is in the convention center.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
