I recently stayed at the Sheraton hotel, and I would like to share my positive experience. Firstly, the hotel was very clean. The rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, providing a sense of comfort and relaxation. The breakfast experience at the hotel was excellent. There were plenty of options available, including healthy and delicious choices. The food quality was excellent, and the service was quick and efficient. Additionally, the hotel staff were very friendly and extremely polite. They were helpful and willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. They greeted us with a smile and made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Furthermore, the services at the hotel were fast and efficient. Service requests were attended to promptly and executed professionally. Overall, my experience at the Sheraton hotel was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers seeking exceptional comfort and quality, friendly service, and a convenient location.

The hotel offers a fantastic view, and the staff were extremely kind, lovely, helpful, and polite. The hotel is clean, and well organized. It's a really good hotel to visit during vacation.

Had a great stay here in Baku - the location is amazing with everything super close by! Hotel staff were brilliant - constantly going out of their way to help. Shoutout to Nihad for serving me the best coffee every morning. Breakfast buffet was great with a menu that changed daily. Was also surprised by the hotel staff at breakfast with a cake on my birthday :) Overall would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is relatively small hotel for a 5-stars, no swimming pool, only a few floors. - There is a terrible smell welcomes you from the bathroom of the room which deserves 1-star rating no matter what else in the room. - Housekeeping doesn’t come based on the cleaning/busy buttons at the room, make sure to call them explicitly. - Heater doesn’t work above 25 Celcius. - Best table in the breakfast area always “reserved” which is a lie for some reason. Staff didn’t want us to sit there and it remained empty during the time we did our breakfast which makes the guests feel unvaluable.
