This is an aged historic hotel all rooms needing renovation, i was surprised that my room has no sofa and one chair and small desk. Probably this sort of room will not go down well with North American or Asian tourists who are used to larger and more modern rooms. The staff are working hard to please and there are some old fashion / old school European charms but we are living in 2024 not 1980 so.....BTW meaning of being Bonvoy Platinum Elite is likely lost here....another negative, which this hotel is in Marriott group is puzzling to me.

Stayed here for one night, but didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel or experience . Queues checking in and checking out. Room was big but nothing special. Breakfast asked for a table for 5 and ended up sitting at a smaller table as it was taking a while. Live music at the bar in the evening was cool. The outdoor garden looked really good too.

Great hotel, excellent location. Room is big, comfortable bed. Love the front desk and breakfast - very professional and friendly, answered all my questions. Housekeeping is outstanding. It was a very pleasant stay.

Ok, so lets’s start from the beginning. We settled into our rooms, while the staff helped us with our baggage. Our rooms weren’t so great. No value for money. The bathroom door wouldn’t even close properly. We couldn’t even open our windows although it was really hot because there was no proper AC!!! And this is the worst part (well it has a good part lol). Ok. So we got two rooms, and the stuff in the minibar was complimentary. In one room there was a bag of sweets that was all packed up, and clearly left by another guest, and in one room there wasn’t! We angrily called front desk or something about this and they replied soo cheerfully like lol don’t they realise this is bad for their hotel!! So the staff collected that bags of sweets and left. The next day was ok, staff was helpful to get around Milan, but there was no spa or pool and I think that a Sheraton Marriot Bonvoy hotel SHOULD have these. The room service food was not so good, and the breakfast had no variety. It was just one table and then a small table of bread and another for butter and stuff and another for water. The menu for breakfast was fine but the omelette was undercooked and when we asked for it to be more cooked, they gave us an OVERcooked omelette.So overall the hotel was NOT worth it.

I have been to many Sheraton Hotels and this must be the most dated I have ever experienced. Should have been renovated 10-15 years ago. The price/quality of rooms is not at all ok. Typical Italian overpriced hotel where the owner think its ok to extract maximum profit at the expense on its customers experience! I will never come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
