We had to stay here for a night spontaneously due to a cancelled flight from Düsseldorf airport. The front desk found us two connecting rooms very quickly (so my two children, 8 and 12, could sleep well). The rooms were very clean, and the service was very friendly and swift. They gave us everything we needed, like a toothbrush set. The breakfast was good, though a bit limited on variety. The a la carte omelette was made with way too much oil, but we could find healthier alternatives. The breakfast staff were really lovely though. They gave colouring pencils and paper to the kids and brought us the hot oat milk that I needed. The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport.

Probably the worst hotel experience I ever had. - Cleanliness: There was trash under the bed and hair in the bath tub. The bathroom was also old with mouldy seals - Temperature: The room was ice cold and stayed that way even with the 1970's style manual heater control being turned up fully. When I tried to take a bath to warm myself up, the water came out semi-warm but not warm enough for a proper bath - The location is very good, but there's another hotel just around the corner that's cheaper and way better

Excellent stay! Room was great, very clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast in morning was terrific. Front desk were friendly, professional and helpful. Train into Dusseldorf right below the hotel so easy to get to the city.

Only good thing about this hotel is it's location (convenient if you are travelling for business). There were intermittent , but constant noises in the corridor that wouldn't let me sleep (knock knock), when I asked for assistance the service would reject my complaints and send me back to my room. Could not sleep in 3 nights. When I asked for a room change, I only got confusing answers and they were never able to relocate me. Never offered a refund. Terrible experience.

Conveniently located, easy to order food delivery, well accommodating. Complimentary still water in the rooms with all the shower and hygiene necessities. Comfy bed and pillows. If you're American you'll find that a downside is that Air conditioner is regulated by the hotel and not the guest

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
