        Stayed here recently for 2 nights and was not impressed. The hotel itself is nice, but is in need of some updates. The bathrooms are mediocre at best- I’ve stayed at Holiday Inns with nicer bathrooms. The ice machine on our floor was leaking, and looks like it had been for a while. There was a puddle all the way to the hallway doorway which has carpet in it, and it was soaking wet. There was a smell of mold, which I could not tell if it was from the machine itself, or the carpet that was saturated. Our room had a bar fridge that was no longer in service, and we had to call for a mini fridge to be delivered to the room. I do not understand the point of putting a label on the non working unit that says to call and request a fridge instead of just replacing it with a working fridge. The delivered fridge was not cold and had to be plugged in to cool down to temperature. For the prices you pay to stay somewhere, I don’t think basic hotel amenities should be that difficult. They did get us a fridge promptly sent to the room, and the maintenance guy that put it in for us was wonderful. Parking is expensive, but so is everything in Chicago. If you leave and come back, you have to call to have your new ticket validated which is an inconvenience- there should be an easier way for guests to be able to come and go from the garage. While we were there the drink machine in the garage was out of order, and we had to get drinks from the gift shop- spent $22 on 4 drinks. Overall it gives you a place to sleep, but it doesn’t live up to expectations.

        I booked this specific hotel because of its location, and I was not disappointed!!!! This is one of the best Downtown Chicago hotels I have stayed at. ALL of the staff was very friendly and professional both on the phone and in person. The room was stylish, comfortable, clean and the view was priceless. With its location, I do not think this hotel can offer a room with a bad view. The room service was very prompt and the food was very delicious. This year I have visited Houston, Washington DC, Cancun, Alexandria, Atlanta, Destin, and Chicago two times prior to this visit. I must admit this was the best hotel experience I've had this year!

        The trip was HORRIBLE. We registered a VIP room on phone call and when we came we didn't expect what happened next. First the line was SUPER long and had to wait for 1 hour! 1 hour and they promised us 3 views, corner spot, VIP room. Lies! We got a super small room and 1 view. We're a big family and that was the whole reason why we got the VIP room but to the looks of it they totally butchered the the comfort and excitement we had. 2nd of all, the line for the breakfast was horrendous! The line was long and we didn't wanna wait any longer. 3rd of all, the parking was not planned! My sister and mom had to park a mile away and me and my dad had to stay in to save our spot in the line. Shouldn't they have known that it's new year land people want the best view? Also the firework show was like 6 minutes. Not worth it. This hotel is lying to us and scammed us! 633 for 1 night???? Scam!

        My overall experience at Sheraton was good. They have a breakfast buffet everyday downstairs. It’s totally worth it and you get to enjoy a variety of foods. Room service was just good, as expected. The lobby is usually crowded as there seems to be events happening there almost everyday. But that didn’t really bother me much. Last but not least, the view from my room was stunning at night.

        Pros: They let us check in early. The water pressure was excellent. Decent location, walkable area. Cons: The toilet was running, loudly, our entire stay. No microwave (probably to force you to buy food in-house, but a bowl of just cereal and milk is $10, if that tells you about the cost of in-house food) No actual refrigerator. There's a 'cooler' that says on the front that the unit does not keep food, medicines, etc at a 'safe temperature' for consumption. What's the point of that?! When we got to our room, there was still trash in the trashcan, and moldy food left in the 'cooler.' No fan in the bathroom, which meant the bathroom smelled a little moist and moldy all the time. The room didn't hold a temperature. We set it at 67 when we arrived, and the actual temp never got below 71, according to the unit's screen. Worst Con: Upon check-in, I communicated that I did not want the daily turn down service. The employee told me to be sure to put a Do Not Disturb sign up, so I did. My second day staying at the hotel, I returned to my room, and the Do Not Disturb had been moved to the inside of the door, and a half--turn down service had been provided. The bed's weren't made all the way back up, but towels had been restocked and my stuff had been moved all over. It gave strong "looking for something to steal" vibes. This experience was communicated to the front desk, who stated someone from Housekeeping would follow up with us, and that never happened. All that said ... don't bother staying here, guys. It's trying to be fancy, but it's really not. It's a great conference center, but it is not a great hotel.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
