One needs a cab or self drive car from the airport. Metro line nearby as well for city visits. Upscale area with stadium across the hotel. Hotel lobby has modern decor. Two restaurants at lobby level. Nice spread of food and beverages. The executive lounge at the top floor has a great city and sunset view towards sea of Marmara. Hotel staff are quite hospitable in comparison with the European side of Istanbul.

Had a great stay at Sheraton. The room was really big, the view was beautiful, and the staffs were helpful. The facilities were great as well. The breakfast is repeated menu every day. If you are staying more than two days, this might be felt boring.

Decent hotel with professional staff! The rooms are large, amenities are nice. The staff is great! The restaurant of the hotel is successful as well. The breakfast is quite rich and the items are tasty. For lunch and dinner, the menu is full of good choices.

Special thanks to Miss Busra who welcomed us very well. Hotel is always our first option when we go to Istanbul in terms of its central location closeness to main roads on Anatolian side. Thanks to Marriott and Sheraton are keeping the same level of service and quality for gold members!

Great hotel for a focused work stay on asian side. Great service, great food, nice and clean calm rooms and clean pool. Absolutely perfect for work. But due to placment: pick another for holiday. Massive traffic to go to euro side. Or just live with the 45-1 h traffic to go 10 k everyday.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
