The hotel facilities are luxurious and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I was very grateful to the Hotek staff for the birthday cake and decorations. And the food at the breakfast restaurant and club lounge is very good quality, with a wide variety of Korean, Indian curry, and Indonesian dishes. The staff especially working in the club lounge are also very friendly and polite,which I appreciate 🙏. Having said that, the whole building is heavily air-conditioned, so even if you turn off the air conditioner in your hotel room, the room is still cold. Also, I wish there was a heating function because it was very humid after shower, so my clothes got damp.

I like the double room, for a family of 4 that could accommodate us perfectly, the room itself is easy on the eyes and we love the bathroom ! Good amenities, snacks and welcome note is very personal. Mostly staffs are helpful whenever you need help with good hospitality and sincere smiles, made me feels like home. The pool is regular but adequate to exercise or entertained your kids . The hotel is connected to a mall which is a great point for us. I'd stay again for sure !

I had an incredible experience at Sheraton. The hospitality and service were truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The luxurious accommodations, breathtaking views, and impeccable cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The resort's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction are commendable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort and indulgence in the heart of Bali. Can't wait to visit again

One of my favourite hotels in Jakarta by far! Luxurious, comfortable and clean rooms, convenient location with a massive mall connected to the hotel, and great services such as gym, pool, spa and restaurants! I've stayed at this hotel multiple times since 2017 and consider it to be a home whenever I come back to Jakarta. There are great culinary options here too, and make sure you check out the band at the lobby bar every evening! You won't be disappointed. A wonderful hotel that you can stay at for any purpose and I can guarantee that you will be more than pleased with your experience. Highly, highly recommend and I will definitely be staying here for years to come!

The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, and have a direct access to the mall. Thus, shopping and dining option were abundance. The surrounding area itself was not a strategic area, not in the center of Jakarta. Less public transportation option, quite far from a bus stop or train station, and heavy traffic in busy hour (especially in the afternoon). The staff was helpful and friendly. They even still help me days after I checked-out. The room was great, the interior feel spacious. clean, and well-furnished. Clean and super-comfortable bedding, and provided with standard amenities. The breakfast was great, top quality, and delicious with plenty of option. Dedicated parking area for hotel guest was provided and free of charge.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
