Nice hotel, great location! Room was nice and quite large. A firmer bed and a bit more room phonic isolation would go a long way. The elevator pad is a bit confusing at first, ivd be great if just putting your key would call it for the correct floor. At least it is better than usual elevators. There are many good places to have dinner right by the restaurant. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

Had a great experience with this hotel. The fitness center on the 26th floor has a great view of the city. The Sheraton lounge was a bit small but very welcoming. The restaurant in the basement, the District, had a great cocktail menu. Will stay again next time in LA.

(1) Even though you booked a $1,000 room (just for example) they won’t necessary give you this room as it depends on the occupancy but you still have to pay $1,000 if you book it from a third party. (2) First got assigned to an lower floor accessible room (we booked deluxe room in higher floor). The water pressure of the shower is the worst I’ve ever seen. The temp just keeps changing randomly that you can’t even take a shower properly. (3) The design of the elevator is definitely the most interesting ridiculous design I’ve ever seen, without any efficiency. (4) Its very very very old. Both exterior and interior. Definitely not worth this price. Go look for other hotels if you want to enjoy your time in LA.

Location is the only good thing about this Hotel. Never seen such poor costumer service. Front desk Won't be happy to help Costumers plus they had a protest in the main lobby. I know crazy stuff, I was overcharged for parking only one night parking said $59.40 per night, end it of paying almost $120.00 per one night. Lots of homeless people around. Will have to stick to Hyatt hotels.

Amazing experience at the Sheraton Grand Hotel downtown Los Angeles. The service is impeccable from the time your are greeted at the front entrance. The lobby is impressive and rooms are refreshed and clean as a whistle. The hotel staff from front desk, phone reception, to housekeeping is attentive and respectful. The dining experience is top notch at the District restaurant located on the hotel basement. The hotel is located in the center of the Bloc shopping center where you can spend hours to enjoy multiple shops. This includes great parking valet service. There is a more affordable 24 hr parking garage directly across the main entrance if you desire. I would highly recommend the Sheraton Grand when staying in downtown Los Angeles.
