        Amazing!! Everything was fantastic, service, the spaciousness of the resort and many, many areas to swim. The cocktails next to the pool was great and the breakfast options were plenty to choose from. The staff was great, super helpful and friendly. We celebrated a birthday so we received a room upgrade and delicious cake delivered to our room. Even complimentary cake again at dinner. Fantastic resort, go there!! Tips for travelling with kids, take some pool toys or inflatables for them to play in the pools, the pool areas are huge and lounging on an inflatable ring is great. Also, no kids area as other travellers also asked, there's a pool table in the lobby and table tennis in the garden. My kids didn't care about any games room or kids area anyway, they had so much fun swimming.

        AMAZING is an understatement! We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa, which was beautifully appointed. The staff are very welcoming and help with everything! The pools are EXCELLENT, and the food at the resort is unbelievable! We were very lucky to go in November during off peak so the entire resort was quiet. Great place to stay for families! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

        We stayed over Christmas. This was just after Cyclone Jasper. We weren’t aware of any issues at the resort until we got an email the day before our stay. We scrambled and made new travel plans to get there since roads were closed. The hotel was unhelpful in solving the travel complexities. On arrival we learned there was a water issue impacting the resort. Bottled water was being provided for free. The pool outside our room was fairly drained. Over the next few days all other pools were filled but our pool remained drained despite water issues being corrected. On our last few days water service was lost and we could not shower or flush. When we received our bill we were charged for soda water which we had been told was free. We contacted the resort and they have refused to work with us. The menus to not have prices for soda water and we were told it was provided at no cost to us in a carafe. We never saw a receipt until we requested at the end of our stay. We would not stay again. We caution others to get specific with your bill well before you leave.

        This does not meet expectations of a 5 star resort. Resort is weathered, not well maintained, and the grounds could be cleaner. All the grout in the outdoor spaces is discolored and rust stains down the exterior walls. The pools do not look enticing at all. Was excited about the swim up bar, but when i got there I found someone's nasty napkin with food crumpled up in the corner, a bunch of rusty equipment; a long, black hair; discolored grout, and a used band-aid. We were shown a sparkling water tap on our floor, but it's broken. Went to 3 other floors to find sparkling water and none of the taps could produce sparkling water. In our room, the bathroom door doesn't close, the digital read on the alarm clock was broken, and the light in our mini bar area was out. Ordered room service and was not told there was a minimum, then found a charge for not meeting the minimum. Ordered a meal that was labeled gluten-free, and it came with a big piece of fried bread draped across the meal. Then the tray was not collected until after noon the following day, despite calling front desk in the morning to remind them to pick up. Also, very disappointed there is no gym on-site, even though there seems to be a lot of empty space in the main building. Would give less stars but the staff were nice and friendly, and inside our room was quiet and mostly 5-star quality minutes the aforementioned.

        We spent a week here. A nice time was had / great location but feel this is a standard 4 star hotel rather than 5 star. - Pool is lovely and great for all ages (could do with a clean). - Rooms were sometimes cleaned late in the day (3pm). Lagoon room is equivalent to 3 star. - Service was friendly but average. - Bed is average to sleep on. Overall value for money not great. Worn down and needs a facelift. Port Douglas itself is lovely.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
