Stayed for a business trip. Clean rooms. Had a room facing the street, nice view from the window. House keeping was good, bed was made each day. The room heater/ac just did not seem to work beyond a set temperature. Elevators are little confusing the first time, got into the wrong elevator 2 times. One elevator serves higher floors and the other lower floors, guess expected in high rise, I was just not used to it. Did not use room service at all, so cannot speak to it. Good options for dining on level 1 and available till late. Starbucks in lobby is really helpful for morning meetings, as they open at 5:30am, queues may be long so plan accordingly. Located super close to the Seattle convention center, and other downtown attractions are close as well. Centrally located.

When you walk into the hotel, it's like a white marble with a caramel swirl for the floor and the giant pillars.Great location and the room was clean and comfortable. They give only one complimentary bottle of water a day for two guests. They advertised a made-to-order breakfast, but when we arrived, only a buffet was offered. The Fountain Lounge was fantastic for dinner! I will definitely stay there for future stays!

Our room was very nice and had a nice view of the city.. Highlight of the trip was having lunch at Alder and Ash and having a food server name Erica. She was exceptional with service, pleasantness, and just overall a wonderful person. We will definitely be back to the hotel and restaurant.

Poor and apathetic service, completely off the standard Marriott experience you expect and not worth the money you are paying for. Stayed for 7 days in Dec'23. Housekeeping was poor - dinner plates weren't cleared, bedsheets weren't changed even once (despite requesting for it), dirty towels remained as-is while new ones were piled upon in room, laundry took 2/3 days to get back and after multiple follow ups (vs 1 day delivery promised). Rooms are dimly lit creating a depressing ambience in evenings, no chinaware for coffee cups (just cheap disposable mugs). Breakfast felt good on first day only to realise that the exact menu was repeated every single day with not a single change. Saw a lot of airline staff and feel the hotel is primed for overnight guests but not long stay guests/business or family travellers wanting to stay for more than 2-3 days.

This was our first time staying here and it did not disappoint. Our room was bigger than all the other hotels we have stayed at in Seattle and we are excited to come back here soon. Staff was very helpful and the gym and pool were well kept.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
