My husband and I spent 1 night here for our babymoon/visiting relatives. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The room was spacious and modern with a great view of the bridge. Check in/out process was very smooth and staff was great in helping us obtain transportation to the airport. Hotel was also right next to the mall which was very convenient. Would recommend!

Spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Walking distance from a nearby mall. Only improvements would be housekeeping in the rooms and public bathrooms. As well as ensuring a fully English speaking representative is available at all times. Overall a good stay.

Overall it’s a reasonable hotel to stay, location right next to subway train station, local restaurants next door, rooms are equipped with bathtubs and are spacious to stay with young kids or to work remotely. Breakfast buffet is priced reasonably and have all basic stuff including good coffee machines for fresh brewed coffee. Staff overall are friendly and you can feel they are well trained for good service. Challenges with the hotel is aging facilities including rooms, elevators, corridors and buffet restaurant. They are falling apart in some cases and in some cases they are not 5-star level. Buffet is similar, it is nice but it not really 5-star level and is very much focussed on local visitors. English is not widely understood by the staff and I noticed in the buffet how vegetarian food was easily mixed with meat & pork (because in China there is no clear concept of vegetarian).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
